Iced Saffron Cold Brew

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oat milk

  • A few strands of saffron

  • Ice

  • 1/2 cup cold brew concentrate (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Infuse the Milk:
    In a cup or milk frother, add oat milk and a few strands of saffron. Let it sit for a minute to allow the saffron to infuse.

  2. Froth the Milk:
    Use a milk frother to froth the saffron-infused oat milk until it’s light and fluffy.

  3. Assemble the Drink:
    Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the cold brew concentrate.

  4. Top it Off:
    Gently pour the fluffy saffron oat milk over the cold brew.

  5. Optional:
    Garnish with a few saffron strands or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flair.
